How do I get a refund?

Single Reports are non-refundable since the scan is delivered immediately. For subscriptions, if you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@siteproof.ai and we'll work with you to make it right. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

I found an error in my report. What should I do?

Our scans are automated and may occasionally produce false positives or miss certain issues. If you believe a finding is incorrect, please email us with the scan URL and the specific finding. We review all feedback to improve our scanning accuracy.

Can I scan a website I don't own?

Our Terms of Service require that you only scan websites you own or have explicit authorization to analyze. We reserve the right to refuse scanning requests that appear to target third-party websites without authorization.
